There's a real shortage, right now in every field. Stores, restaurants still aren't fully stocked and back to full hours. There's a shortage of drivers slowing the supply chain delivery. Huge numbers have retired and left the work force, sll of the age there's a huge bump in the need for medical services. So unless your actively pumping out babies already of working age, we need to get people from somewhere.
