We get this every time the Liberals win an election. Maybe wait and see what Carney does? Moe seems willing to give him a chance. Smith is just being Smith.

He represented an Ottawa riding. He came out in support of the Freedom Convoy which was making life hell for residents and talked about gutting the civil service in a constituency that contains a lot of civil servants. What could go wrong.

Bullshit https://www.climate.gov/news-features/event-tracker/2025-summer-minimum-sea-ice-extent-antarctic-tied-second-lowest-record However. Sea ice is sea water, it has no effect on sea levels. Glacial ice melt is what increases sea levels dumb ass. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cy4ly8vde85oc https://www.nasa.gov/science-research/earth-science/the-anatomy-of-glacial-ice-loss/

This was predicted at least 30 years ago. If all the world's ice melts, sea levels will rise 216 ft. That doesn't include rise from thermal expansion which depends on water temperature and accounts for about half the sea level rise over the last century. I leave it to the individual to decide whether that would be a problem.

Apparently he has had several interactions with police but until we know what kind they were, I'm not jumping to conclusions. Were they because he was presenting a danger to others or people were worried about him harming himself? Most mentally ill people are a greater danger to themselves than to others. I think it is very important that police should state whether they think something like this was motivated by terrorism or not.
