Yes, this is one of the ways and the most popular since long to take attentions to the other side. People's thoughts are controlled in this way. You are not allowed to use your thinking power because most of the persons cannot think healty when they are worried and afraid of somethings. This is like telling monster stories to kids to keep them less active.

I think forum rules are updated and if these new forum rules below will be really applied, I wont ignore anyone. Because according to the rules below, everyone in my ignore should be banned. Now I clean my ignore list.

An example would be a person who persistently creates conflict without contributing anything useful. In newsgroup circles, such a person is known as a "troll". We define "trolling" as a message that serves no constructive purpose and is likely to cause offence or arguments. Please respect others using this board by refraining from personal attacks. There is a huge difference between disagreeing with a thought or idea and attacking an individua, not tirades against another poster. It is okay to criticize a policy, decision, action or comment. Such criticism is part of healthy debate. It is not okay to criticize a person's character or directly insult them. Do not use diminutives or character substitutions in proper names that are not recognized by the original person to whom the reference is being made. For example, former Prime Minister Stephen Harper does not identify himself as Stevie therefore, it is unacceptable to identify him as Stevie. In the discussion forums, such infractions will be considered as third-party insults. Cross posting is defined as posting the same information in more then one forum on the Internet. It is also considered cross posting if you post the same information in different areas of these forums. If you are stating a fact, be prepared to back it up with some official sources (website links etc). Therefore, it is in your best interest to make sure that your post includes sufficient sources and contains a well-researched and well-organized argument. All posts must contain some aspect of an argument or attempt to stimulate discussion. Simply posting a URL to an outside source or posting statements that are only one or two sentences long will not be tolerated and the post will be deleted. In addition, use the search feature to ensure that the topic you are posting is not already being discussed somewhere else in the forums. These forums are not a free-for-all discussion area. A few hours ago a Pitbull killed a cat in front of me. I am sorry I could not save the cat because the cat ran under a car and I thought that the Pitbull cannot go behind the cat but WTF, the dog got under the car just in two seconds and caugh the cat. Then I run there and kicked the dog several times, it was screeming with pain but still kept biting cat wildly and then some guys came running to help me and they kicked the dog as well and the dog runned away. The cat was dead. I didnt take its photos not to disrespect the cat's corpse. One of the guys was so sad and waited in front of the cat's corpse for long time, because I saw him after 1 hour and he was still waiting there crouched near the cat's corpse.

They are not ignored because of being opponent, they are ignored for lying and being dishonest. I dont have to listen them and I learned it from Trump. He just ignored CNN today for being a liar and dishonest news channel.
