I doubt you watched the videos. Your obvious extreme bias prevents you from acknowledging that these repeated "deer in the headlights" reactions clearly indicate his inability to grasp issues. Never has a leader been so "scripted" - mind numbing talking points and reading  prepared spin comments. Paul Martin, Jean Chretien, Stephen Harper - heck, even Stephan Dion were able to speak "off the cuff" to reporters.

So I guess you think that Elon Musk must be the most challenged to communicate incoherent person around, not fit for any type of leadership position. You don't have to cherry pick any examples from him, listen to anything he says. I could however cherry pick from Harper, Dion, Martin, Chretien, or anyone else and provide you samples of them misspeaking or struggling to get together words. Go back to the interview Mansbridge did of Harper before the 2015 election for an example.

Justin Trudeau is actually doing far worse than his father as described here:

Did you compare inflation as well, because that has a lot to do with the difference between the early 70's and today. Note that is a global issue. Certainly employment is something that can be compared, but then lets compare it to say Harper and Trudeau (both of them) suddenly appear to be geniuses.

Obviously you concur with Trudeau's policies, regardless of their impact on the Canadian economy.

You have failed to point out the Trudeau policies that have had a negative impact on the Canadian economy. Provide specific examples of a Trudeau policy, and how it has had an impact on the economy. The old "left bad", "right good" bullshyte is just that.

I have spoken out against the TPP, but remember it is not a Trudeau creation. How it will actually play out is still unknown, so academic discussions of a Harper plan blamed on Trudeau are meaningless drivel.

Seriously ?   You want me to explain the obvious ?

OK...Justin Trudeau has embarked on domestic and international policies that hurt Canada's economic competitiveness through:

    • carbon taxes
    • pipeline barriers
    • NAFTA negotiations ("feminism")
    • defence
    • TPP
    • equity market performance

    http://business.financialpost.com/opinion/blame-the-trudeau-effect-for-why-canadian-stocks-are-doing-worse-than-the-rest

    • Carbon taxes are being implemented all over the world except by ignorant dinosaurs.
    • What pipeline barrier did Trudeau create
    • You probably want globalization in trade with children in sweatshops as well
    • What on defense?
    • TPP came out of the Harper government
    • The TSE has been growing steadily since January 2016, with a slight drop this past January

Projection.  I do not have racial bias. But if you are on my property and up to no good then you have to accept the consequences.  Now I would not be shooting anyone, but I would have no problem with laying the beat down if you are stealing from me.

What does your silly rant have to do with the fact that you read something incorrectly because you want to hate on a group of people?

The drug trade, ya selling hash to friends in the 80's If that is all you have topaz keep it to yourself. I see today the city of TO has a debt problem, I wonder why. Anything is better than wynne.

No he was a mid level dealer, not some kid selling to his friends. The blindness of right wing partisans is amazing.

b.t.w. Rob Ford's financial record in Toronto was terrible.

Fake news. And  for people to say they will not vote con because of ford, never had any intentions of voting con. Quit lying.

What a bunch of complete and utter bullcrap. I have voted PC more recently than any other mainstream party, and want change in Ontario. I will not vote for Ford however because of his scumbag past. Anyone that doesn't recognize that is willfully blind.

At the time maybe not. But if this group that Boushie was a part of was attempting to steal Stanley's ATV, then a good chance the truck they showed up in was also stolen (turns out to the the case that it was stolen from another farm).

How was it stolen, did you also misread articles because you have extreme racial bias?

I was  skeptical when he was running but quite frankly, I never thought he would be so challenged to communicate. He's very slow on his feet because he truly just does not grasp any of the issues in a substantive way.

Trudeau is very articulate, and doesn't shy away from the camera. Yes, in the bizillions of hours on film you might catch a few moments where he misspeaks but these examples only prove your extreme bias.

I'm assuming you've got the right to seek a second opinion.....so it shouldn't matter whether it's a General Practitioner or a Specialist.

The issue with specialists, is that they are often the go-to guy/gal for other practitioners on certain types of cases. It kind of sounds like that might be the case here, but it is hard to tell without really knowing a lot more details. That is why I suggested going to a different area to get a second opinion. Metabolic genetics is a relatively new field, and pediatrics adds yet another specialization. Sick Kids certainly has a large department, although I suspect there is a hierarchy there; it is still small enough that they would all work with each other on a regular basis. Additionally cases are often reviewed in group settings in institutions like that, while there are some negative of that approach there are also a lot of positive outcomes that make it worthwhile. Smaller institutions and geographies will have smaller groups of these specialists so I wouldn't be surprised for similar situation; I doubt any hospital or geography in Canada would be bigger than the group at Sick Kids.

My advice on being open and honest was rejected, so I don't have a simple solution here.
