      I agree.  I think covid is the main reason the GTA wasn’t more competitive.  Luckily, 18 months from now, and even further, that will be less relevant.  The PPC also owes much of its support to covid related issues, which will also make them less relevant in future elections.

      COVID is very divisive and O'Toole refused to criticize Anti-Vaxxers. 

      Like it or not, that's going to rub people the wrong way.
