Well, that is part of some pundit's story, one could say working on Trumps behalf then - it that makes a difference to you. It's quite possible that both were hacked (or hack hack attempts) and the hackers released nothing, but the DNC had a leak. Let's not forget that some DNC people were fired and at least one died tragically. Why is it so easy to believe that the Russians did all this for Trump, yet the most obvious idea, that it was a good old fashioned "leak", is dismissed outright? -
I think we can all agree that everybody is trying to hack everybody else, the question that nobody can answer is; did they actually get anything, if so, what? And, was it the Russians that released the info? So far, it seems that the idea is; The Russians were hacking, therefore they must have gotten the DNC emails and released them and they must be working with Trump because the RNC was also hacked and no emails were released. There are huge leaps to make here, especially when the apparent leaks from the DNC were from a different source than the Podesta emails (which most professionals believe was an inside leak). It doesn't help that Clapper said there is no link and the intelligence agencies that were so quick to leak what they were investigating suddenly clammed up at the thought of actually bringing their info to the oversight committee.

The mainstream media has treated the viewing public like stooges, they have lied and cheated continuously, they misquoted and misrepresented Trump and his supporters, they shamelessly assisted the democrats, they beat down Trump supporters on air every chance they had (CNN always had a 7/2 ratio, MSNBC was at best 3/1) and they rode non-stories as if they were somehow significant...and it didn't work (at least not how they intended). And, in a shocking act of defiance, they are pressing forward with the same plan. The fact they have any credibility with people, let alone some actually defending their actions is staggering.

I don't watch Breitbart...or read it - whatever you do. However, you make a comment like that and you don't see the irony that it's the media that you're watching that's leading you down the garden path. The MSM has lied to you (or been very wrong) every step of the way. I know everything I need to know by watching CNN and MSNBC fumble around and lie.

You people insisted that he didn't know what he was doing during the primaries - and he clearly did. You said the same thing during the general election, yet he was right again. You called him delusional for thinking he was ahead - he again was right. Trump has been right about everything he's done, and yet here you are again claiming that he doesn't know what he's doing. Maybe, just maybe...like every other time, he's right and you are wrong.

I've listened, and Ive heard that Trump wants to defeat Isis and has hired the right people to do that. I've heard that he wants to focus on economy and jobs and has hired the people to do that too. I've also heard that he doesn't want any part of "Nation Building" (AKA Overthrowing other governments) - that has to be a step forward, right? I'll admit that putting a chinese woman in charge of transportation is a little curious, but it is what it is. P.S - Had he Bolton as SOS, you'd be screaming "warmonger".

I couldn't care less whether a president or prime minister is born in that country. With that said, it does seem that there is more evidence that Obama was not born in the US, than there is he was born in america. -

Ok, so this is what we know; 2 unnamed officials from the CIA told the Washington Post and NBC News that allied spies (not even US spies, but allied spies) got the intel from someone in Russia. The CIA director doesn't deem it credible enough, and the FBI and DNI believe that Russia did hack them, but don't have any evidence as to what they got or what their motives were. Assange says the leaks did not come from Russia. Sorry to say, but I need a little more.

I've primarily based my opinion on C-span (that would be Clapper's comments). But OK, you wanna bet that after Jan.20 (probably after the Dec. 19th EC vote), that this thing goes away?

I know when I'm being played. I know whether a person/or people are lying by just how they're selling their story. James Clapper, coincidentally one month ago (on the day he announced his retirement), stated that the intelligence community has no credible evidence, and now that he is pretty much gone, the intelligence community has ramped up the story. And today it was announced that the oversight committee has asked the CIA (and others) to come brief them on the evidence, and were told they wouldn't brief them. As I said, nothing will come of this, you'll never see any plausible evidence. All that will happen is that the CIA hangs out some idea and stands back while the media tries to connect dots that aren't there. You guys can buy whatever story you're fed - I don't have to.

Actually, I don't outright believe any bloggers, hostile countries or western gov't. And I certainly don't believe mainstream media. What I believe is the sniff test, the who's, what's why's ...and so on. This Russian angle has reeked ever since day one, it has all the signs of a scene from "wag the dog". It is not only a conspiracy theory, but it's actually a preamble to other conspiracy theories. It's playing on the 70 year old fear of the big bad Russians (also on the man who made Obama his bitch). If they arrested somebody, I would look at that and decide to either hold my ground or admit I was wrong - And I really have no issues admitting that. However, I would wager just about anything that once this idea gets firmly settled in the people of the US, you'll hear nothing more about it. Speaking of which, where are all those groping victims of Trump? Oh Yeah, I should add that as far as hacking (aka spying), I'm pretty sure every country does that to some extent. I'm sure that Russia, the USA, Isreal, china (all the players) spy on each other. My issue is the assertion that Russia hacked the emails and released them to help out Trump. Anyway, it should provide for more James Bond/cold war type movies which beat drug dealer/smuggler movies like we've suffered ever since the fall of the soviets.
