I think the weighed the outrage factor and made their decisions from there.  If the courts did anything other than retreat, the USA would be ablaze today.

Four years ago, you could question an election, even in front of congress, vote not to confirm and ask for an investigation - and, with bipartisan support get one.  Today the mere thought of questioning an election makes you a traitor and enemy of the state - literally!  WTF!

The democrats have done everything possible to ramp this situation up.  Methinks they want an actual coup attempt to happen to strengthen their grasp on the people.

I think it says more about democrats and the deep state than anything else.

It might not grow an extra arm, but many previous attempts and tests have cause infertility in animals...so, who knows.

We all know it was rigged, even the leftists.  At this point, even rock solid proof wouldn't change anything...and the dems know it.

I don't understand the need for a 2 month transition...unless Biden's family needs to get their payoffs before the calendar year ends. 

I think the evidence would be in the data.  One should see a consistent incline with the upper and lower ballot candidates increasing at a consistent and relatively even rate - which I'm sure you'd see before midnight.  My guess would be that after the 3am resets, house democrats get very few down ballot votes, while Biden skyrockets. 

Well, I think there has been plenty of evidence put forward - if you understand what the word evidence is.  As for the down ballots, I think that speaks to the fraud and the idea that the programmers and ballot writers were rushing to take care of Biden and had to forgo the down ballot.  Trump had a 97% approval with republicans, the idea that millions voted for their house republican and then for Biden is laughable.

It's pretty obvious what happened; between mail-ins and the computers, the Dems set Biden up for a certain amount of votes (68...70M - who knows), come election night, it was apparent that that wasn't enough and Trump was still on pace to win.  Panic sets in, the counting stops in all the swing states, the computers get reset to give huge bumps to Biden, the trucks come in with reserve ballots and the postal service rushes to backdate ballots and low and behold - Biden starts taking over all the swing states.  It's so transparent, it's embarrassing.

When all the court proceedings are exhausted, Trump will concede and Biden will take office.  It's been 2 weeks, there should be no panic.

You notice that the computer errors all favoured Biden and the lost flash drives favoured Trump?
