  2. I don't think any one party has the perfect solution to all that is wrong with our country, or the balls to tackle it... but to think Justin liberals are better is fantasy, perhaps you can give us a small list of the liberals note worthy accomplishments in the last 8 or more years. I'll give you one he made grass legal....your turn...Justin is more like lets kick that down the road... Right now most Canadians are still hoping any government will do something, anything...It is time for change...and the NDP are not ready....and the greens are racist wingnuts.

  3. So the story is... Some people here are going to boycott a beer... because of a National Post story... indicating that the company has issued a letter... to respond to people who were threatening (on TWITTER) to boycott them.... ... disassociating them from a politician ... because they rented a space.... to said politician .... for a private function. Anybody else here miss the days when campaigns were about policy ideas ? Hell, I even miss the days when they talked about the parties' political strategies. Even THAT seems smarter than scanning the comments section and reporting on Tweets of what random people think. Politics today is retarded. Poilievre has put out a new idea around 'crypto' - but we only have one dismissive comment on here on that. Also a plan to require cities to increase home building by 15%. Most of the comments are about 'CRT' and 'Social Program Cuts' which are both scaremongering IMO. Auguste has the perspective, at least, on conservatism vs progressivism vs libertarianism.

  5. Do some research and mark my words, Eyeball......once the digital ID is in place, we're all fekked. The vax passport was to introduce Canadians to the idea of living under digital IDs, of having the government decide when you can leave your home, where you can shop, whether you will be allowed employment, who you can associate with and when, whether you would give up all rights to bodily autonomy. All under the guise of a "medical crisis". It was a test to see how obedient and accepting you would be of having every aspect of your life dictated by the government. Congratulations, you passed. And unless you figure things out real quick, you will have doomed all of us, including your children and grandchildren to a life of hell. Imagine your grandchildren living under digital ID and social credit system like the Chinese and asking you what you did to stop it. You would have to tell them you fully supported it. This is why people all over the world are fighting against the digital IDs. If you think they are being introduced all over the world for your "convenience", you're an idiot.

  6. Ukraine will soon have a numerical advantage in troops also. I wouldn't be surprised if they doubled their army size by mid-late summer with NATO assistance in this area as well. It takes time to train a modern army with modern equipment. Russia's only hope is full mobilization, and even then they won't have the equipment by the time a larger army can be trained. They'll be lucky to even replace equipment for their current army size.

  7. to understand the Jack Layton Boomer NDP you have to look past them to an American-Canadian named Jane Jacobs Jane Jacobs was the most influential Toronto leftist of them all Jack Layton & Co all followed the Guru Jane Jacobs she came from New York City and she came for Toronto the Good at first to save us from the Allen Expressway extension can you imagine the Allen Expressway cutting through the downtown core now ? Jane Jacobs at the very least saved Toronto from that

  8. yeah, Jack was not a bad guy he was a Christian he was United Church he wasn't a fire breathing Orange Protestant like me but he was spiritual, he believed in a higher power, an ultimate higher purpose I remember when I first met him, riding his bicycle, wearing a long raincoat, with his old fashioned mustache it was at Trinity Bellwoods Park in Toronto my father introduced me to Jack, I was just a teenager I thought he was kind of a dork, I wasn't that impressed but whatever, he meant well, he was just naive it's shocking how fast the NDP has gone from Jack to being cronies for the state corporate totalitarians I honeslty think Jack would be frightened by the elitist abomination that the NDP has become is such a short time

  9. The libertarian side of me wants to say that no amount of science justifies mandatory vaccines. With perhaps the exception of babies and young children, from very fatal diseases. But even then the focus should be on education not coercion.

  12. I’ll go along with the take that vaccines offer some protection, albeit with some risk. We shouldn’t have vaccine mandates, however. The science doesn’t justify them.

I was talking about the perils of power concentration into the hands of the few 25 years ago when the power over fishing was sequestered into little smoke-filled back rooms, by both Conservative and Liberal governments, resulting in thousands of lives were being turned inside out... Ah what's the use...you worthless idiots never paid attention then - instead you called me a commie. ?

  16. Justin Trudeau's alma mater came up with a study which is 100% contrary to the most widely available statistics, but I'm sure it's just fine. No side-effects for the vax have been discovered at McGill yet either, hey? Strange. I guess that the vaccine is nearly perfect. Fill your socks, dude.

  20. We've already been over why the "per capita" statistic is nonsense in the debate. Furthermore that may have been the propaganda put out to get everyone to vaccinate but enough vaccinated are dying of covid to cause concern of effectiveness 1. We have a large portion of young adults whove been vaccinated because universities have mandated it. They were at basically no risk of hospitalization or death. This demographic would skew in favor of vaccine effectiveness. Under 60s have low risk of ever going to hospital with the bug. Of course the less healthy you are, the more at risk you are. A large portion of this demographic were mandated to vaccinate by employers despite no real risk of hospitalization or death. 2. The more telling statistic is the number of people already seriously ill with other health issues ending up in hospital. The average person ends up staying home with a bowl of chicken noodles soup for a few days and is fine.

  21. Here is more information on what happens when you are not vaccinated vs when you are:

  22. You're either not looking at the info hard enough to understand, or you are purposely trying to deceive people. Since close to 80% of Albertans are vaccinated, and the number of doses change based on age, it's dumb to try to compare the numbers, unless you show what the per capita numbers are. Here is a table, from the same page, where you pulled your info from: Look at the age group, number of doses (including unvaccinated),the hospitalization rate, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, rate per 100K. 23. First off, the complaint about CRT by the 'Right' is originated in the U.S. and contrary to their own lack of concern, they actually owe Canada to the actual evidence of our own imposition of cultural laws that represent WHY they are most fearful. For instance, I'm watching Big Brother Canada this season when at the beginning everyone was introducing themselves with the addition of presenting their preferred pronouns. THAT IS an excellent example of how our own education system, ...not the U.S., is literally utilzing theories regarding race and sex in ways that are very presumptuous. I was somewhat shocked at the fact that all these young new contestants were in sync with this volunteering of these pronouns and don't get it. The next night after seeing that, I also happened to notice a pharmacist with an added "She/her" to her name tag!!? I asked her and she didn't quite get it either but HAD to wear it. While I have already defended the traditional meaning of "CRT" as a body of research regarding these issues, in Canada, we DO have a political impositon of 'culture' to which we have to pay attention to. I don't get how it is expected that others are to ABIDE by these arrogant expectations. A 'pronoun' is just a variable shorthand way of referencing something without having to formally spell out the particular person's name constantly. But to DICTATE that others SHALL use the pronouns when speaking to you is LITERALLY "ENTITLED". I think that if I had a right to have others respect my pronouns, I could demand that one use "your excellency" as a pronoun. It is a TITLE if one demands specific WAYS that others shall refer to them as and "entitled" is perfect to describe this arrogant expectation. So, if you agree, I PROPOSE creating equally justified words for use as your own 'pronouns' that may help demonstrate the absurdity as "your excellency"; But note that those complaining about CRT in most other places are NOT like Canada. We actually DO impose "CRT"-type abuses worthy of complaint. The right-wing use of complaining about it elsewhere is due to how those of us countries exploiting 'diversity' by segregating people based upon genetic identity as though our genes hide 'culture' IS a flaw regarless. They borrowed the original label, "CRT", as a very generalized reference to those who believe teachers should teach cultural ideas in school as per Americas First Amendment. But the use of it BY the Right in the U.S. is a counter assault against their OWN preference to teach 'cultural' material as science: namely and most popularly, the Creationists who are pissed off for not getting this taught as 'equal' science in the classroom. That is, those 'Rightwingers' are not technically against a critical theory about race but to their own disappointment for not getting their own 'critical race theory' like Creationism, to be taught freely. Thus, the attack is more about the hypocrisy of those proposing teaching methods that they themselves are not permitted.

  25. You know that Schwab wrote a book on it, right? And he sent that book to leaders all over the world. And bragged publicly that Trudeau was his golden boy. And Trudeau is implementing all the things from the book. Obviously, in the book, he sugar-coats the digital ID system and other systems he wants implemented and talks about how great it is. And some world leaders who read the book after receiving it from Schwab said it was garbage because his plans would lead to mass poverty and concentration of world power into an unelected elite class. Trudeau however, is a devout follower of Schwab. I can see you do not follow what is actually happening in the Canadian political landscape, because some of the Senators warned in 2017 that Trudeau was quietly bringing in laws that would concentrate power, not in the House, not with the Senators, but to ensure that the PM has the ultimate power to control every aspect of your life. Sorry, but given Schwab's book which outlines the plan, Trudeau's devotion to Schwab's policies, the attempts to usurp power to only himself, and now him using the covid crisis to literally implement the digital ID aspect of Schwab's advice which would give him ultimate power over Canadians (BTW, this is exactly what Schwab said in the book - world leaders are to use the covid crisis to gain ultimate power).....your claim that "They don't mean what they say".......rings very hollow. It's not like they are trying to hide it. The WEF is real, they have an agenda, and are close to accomplishing it. They are just relying on dupes like you to sit back and do nothing until it's too late.

  34. Pedophilia is a rape or sexual assault of an adult on a minor and incest is really not something you can naturally decide to do. Incest is done because of a religious indoctrination etc. (example with the religion of Rael where there is the insect with the pedophilia combined) or ideological type to create a human line of pure blood. To talk about the normalization of gay marriage as if it were the same or comparable with the normalization of pedophilia and the insect is at best trolling.
