The problem is that Canadian policy is based on racism. I pay taxes because I am not of the valid race. If I break the law I will be arrested, because I am one of the Invasive races. If my children go to university they pay their own way. Students who are of the valid race go for free, not based on need, based on race. Canada should be free of policy that treats people of different races differently. We should not believe that racism is okay if the intentions are good. Racism is wrong and evil always.

It isn't universities jobs to make people job ready. That is the job for the person choosing to go to university. Also if we are going to attack humanities I'd like to point out plenty of the Sciences do not translate to a job as well.

The fact I reject your preachings does not mean I am not religious, an/or do not believe in God, etc., it simply means I find your need to use the virus as a way to preach your beliefs and try convert people to your belief system manipulative and based on fear mongering.

There are plenty of small farms and grocery stores stands out and about in the countryside to be able to handle all the shortage of food that has been created by the "sky is falling down" people out there. Maybe outfits like Walmart and Costco will be out of toilet paper and bread or whatever else but there will always be the small business farmer around. And besides the food they sell is a lot more healthier for us all. All those big corporate globalist grocery stores have been trying for decades to try and get rid of those out of town farms and grocery stands along the highway but thank gawd they have not succeeded yet. They hate competition and real free enterprise.Just private enterprise, and they will try to force the small time guy/gal out of business if they can get some of their lackey politicians to go along with them and shut the small guy/gal down. Such deplorable people indeed.

Trudeau certainly did take away our cushion, there's not much left in the pot for Canada. Trudeau has a lot to answer for as his closing of borders which is too late, does not include Roxham Rd. where illegals are still coming in then handed free room and board, and gold plated medical care. The Chinese only shut down one province and that contracted their economy -20% in a single quarter, so I think the panic will start to shift from the virus to finances before too long A practical shutdown of the real economy until the fall will be a disaster unto itself.

Only problem is, people (especially on this site) are talking about how Trump's response to coronavirus should disqualify him from being POTUS. Those same people can't find any fault at all with Trudeau, who did far less, and then changed his mind back and forth on extremely important topics (such as allowing international travellers to waltz into Canada) before finally enacting Trump's policy from 45 days ago. These are basic facts that are highlighted in the video clips, which are already posted in this thread, and the comments posted in the the "Will coronavirus be the end of Trump" thread. It's indisputable. Trudeau apologists are bashing Trump for his leadership in this matter, but it's proven that Trump has been, by far, the better leader of the two.
